My Fitness Inspiration
Summary
After years of continuous weight gain and yo-yo dieting, I decided to make a wellbeing change. My journey started in 2017. While I had always made an attempt to stay physically active, I looked at it as a chore rather than part of my lifestyle. And, my nutritional habits were beyond scary. Topping the scale at 300 pounds, I decided I had to stop making excuses. I lost over 100 pounds and integrated activity as part of who I am by getting my group fitness certification. I'm actively looking for teaching opportunities. Please see below for sample teachback videos.
