Launching a live events app

Developed a go-to-market strategy for an entrepreneurial organization launching a live events app that helped unsigned artists secure venues and reach fans in surrounding areas. 

​Key Responsibilities:
  • Worked alongside client team to create an improved user experience by creating a new architecture and providing design wireframes for the application
  • Prepared a one year product roadmap with a product requirements document, a feature requirements document and a product introduction plan
  • Presented price recommendations, competitive analysis, positioning, market focus, segmentation and target audience strategy, and sales channel plan with anticipated revenue
  • Identified artists, venues, partners and ambassadors for creating awareness, interest, and application download
