Project Management Database Development

Developed a project management database to assist in scaling a creative services team. Database included project entry, project tracking, user permissions, reporting and more. 

​Key Responsibilities:
  • Designed the database architecture after meeting with internal stakeholders, documenting user stories and defining requirements 
  • Created and built the new database and application environments for the creative services department, account services
  • Constructed standard forms and reporting to enable users to get most out of the database tool
  • Maintained and troubleshot application issues including addressing performance concerns
